Delivery Time
Unprinted items can be delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Most in-stock items that are printed are deliverable within 8 to 14 business days. An order will only go into production after approval of the quotation and print proof. Are you waiting longer than 24 hours with the approval? Then the delivery date will also be postponed.
Returns at Hidalgo
We believe it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a clear and customer-friendly return policy. In this explanation, you can read how returns work, what your rights are, and how things work with items that have a logo or print.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal: this means that you can return your online purchase within 15 days of receipt without giving any reason and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
How does withdrawal work?
Notify us within 15 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw via our return form or by contacting us.
Return the product in its original packaging within 15 days of your notification.
Once we have received and checked the product, we will refund the purchase price.
Please note: the return costs are in principle at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not always apply. Your legal right of return expires in the following situations:
– The product is custom-made or clearly personalized with your logo or specific print.
– Item(s) that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once the seal is broken (e.g. printed drinking cups without foil).
– Clearly printed or designed products where the personalization makes the product unique.
This means that products with a logo, print or specific personalization cannot be returned via withdrawal in most cases. Always check the product page or order confirmation for the specific return conditions.
Items with logo or print
Products that we print or personalize for you are made especially for you. Because this involves extra labor and material costs, a different return procedure applies to these items:

Are you still not satisfied with the print or quality afterwards? Please contact us within 15 days.
We will work with you to find the best solution, such as a correction, replacement or compensation, because we always strive for satisfied customers.
How to register a return
Reporting a return is simple:
– Send an email to info@hidalgo.nl with your order number.
– State which products you want to return and why.
– Pack the items well and send them back to the return address that we will send you.
