Work & Promotion Bags for Every Campaign

Can we see a sample print before the full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we produce your full run, we can provide a digital proof showing exactly how your artwork will appear on the bag. This gives you the opportunity to check colours, positioning, and sizing before committing. For larger orders, a physical sample print can also be arranged — just let us know your timeline when you get in touch.

What file format should we submit for our logo or artwork?

Vector files work best — formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF with outlined fonts give the clearest results at any size. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it over anyway and our team will assess whether the resolution is sufficient or advise on any adjustments needed.

Which material suits a promotional campaign best?

That depends on your goals and budget. Standard cotton is a practical, cost-effective choice for large giveaway runs. Organic cotton carries an added sustainability message if that aligns with your brand values. Recycled cotton is another option for organisations focused on reducing their environmental footprint.

Is there a minimum order quantity for printed bags?

Minimum quantities vary per product. Some bags are available in smaller runs, which suits clubs or local events with tighter budgets. Ordering larger quantities brings the unit price down considerably, making it worthwhile for trade fairs or bigger campaigns.

How much lead time do we need ahead of an event or deadline?

We recommend getting in touch at least two to three weeks before your deadline, longer for larger or more complex orders. Letting us know your event date upfront helps us plan production and delivery so your bags arrive on time.
