Can we see a proof before the full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we start production, you will receive a digital proof showing how your logo or artwork will appear on the cooling bag. This gives you the opportunity to check colours, placement, and sizing, and to request changes if needed. We only proceed once you have given your approval.

How should we submit our logo or artwork?

We work with vector files wherever possible, as these deliver the sharpest results at any size. Common formats include AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, send it across and we will assess whether it meets the required specifications. Our team is available to advise you on artwork requirements before you place your order.

What materials are the cooling bags made from?

Our cooling bags are made with an insulating inner layer to keep contents cold, combined with a durable outer shell. The exact construction varies per model — check the individual product pages for specifications, or contact us if you have specific requirements for your event or giveaway.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Production and delivery times vary depending on quantity and current capacity. To avoid last-minute pressure, we recommend getting in touch at least three to four weeks before your event date. The earlier you contact us, the more options we can offer.
