Organic Cotton Bags for Sustainable Branding

Can I see a proof before the full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we start printing your full batch of organic cotton bags, we send you a digital proof showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the bag. You confirm this before production begins, so there are no surprises when the order arrives.

How do I submit my logo or artwork?

We accept vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF, which give the sharpest results on fabric. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPEG, send it over and we will let you know whether the resolution is sufficient or whether adjustments are needed. Our team reviews every file before production.

Why choose organic cotton over standard cotton?

Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers and is certified accordingly. For businesses and organisations that want their branded bags to genuinely reflect their sustainability values, this certification makes the difference — both toward customers and stakeholders.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the specific bag model. Smaller runs are possible for clubs or events with a limited budget, while larger orders bring the unit price down considerably. We are happy to advise on the most cost-effective quantity for your situation.

How much lead time should I plan ahead of an event?

We recommend allowing at least two to three weeks from artwork approval to delivery, depending on order size and current production schedules. If you have a firm event date, share it with us early so we can plan accordingly.
