Yes. Before we start printing your order, we send a digital proof showing how your logo or artwork will appear on the bag. You confirm this before production begins, so there are no surprises when the finished bags arrive.
How do we submit our logo or artwork?
We accept vector files such as AI or EPS, which give the sharpest results at any size. If you only have a raster file, send it over and we will let you know whether it meets the requirements or needs to be redrawn. Clear artwork from the start helps avoid delays, especially when you have a fixed event date.
How do we choose between organic cotton, recycled cotton, and Fairtrade cotton?
Each material has a different focus. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers. Recycled cotton gives a second life to existing textile fibres, reducing raw material use. Fairtrade cotton supports fair wages and safe conditions for farmers. Your choice depends on which sustainability aspect matters most to your organisation or audience.
What is the minimum order quantity for printed bags?
Minimums vary per model, but smaller runs are possible. Larger quantities bring the unit price down considerably, which is worth considering for clubs, retail chains, or recurring events.
How much lead time should we allow before an event?
We recommend getting in touch at least two to three weeks before your deadline to allow time for artwork approval and production. Busy periods may require more notice.
