Can we see a proof before the full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we start printing your order, we send a digital proof showing exactly how your logo will appear on the bag. You approve this first, so there are no surprises once production begins. For larger orders, this step is especially important and we always recommend reviewing it carefully before giving the green light.

How do we submit our logo or artwork?

Vector files work best — formats such as AI, EPS or PDF with outlines are preferred. If you only have a raster file such as a JPEG or PNG, send it over and we will assess whether the resolution is sufficient. Our team checks every file before production and contacts you if adjustments are needed.

Which material suits our order best?

That depends on what matters most to your organisation. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides and suits buyers who want a certified sustainable fibre. Recycled cotton gives a second life to existing materials, lowering the demand for new resources. Fairtrade-certified bags focus on fair pay and safe working conditions throughout the supply chain. What is the minimum order quantity?

How much lead time do we need before an event or deadline?

We recommend getting in touch at least three to four weeks before your deadline. This allows time for artwork checks, approval and production without rushing.
