Can we see a sample print before the full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we proceed with the full run, we send you a digital proof for approval. This lets you check the placement, size and colours of your logo before any printing begins. We only start production once you have given the green light, so there are no unwanted surprises.

What file format should we submit for our logo or artwork?

We work with vector files, preferably in AI or EPS format. If you only have a PNG or JPEG, send it over and we will assess whether the resolution is sufficient. Our team will let you know early in the process if adjustments are needed, keeping things moving smoothly on your end.

What material options are available for toiletry bags?
