Can we see a sample or proof before the full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we start production, we send you a digital proof showing exactly how your logo or artwork will be positioned and sized on the backpack. You approve this before anything is printed, so there are no surprises when the finished bags arrive.

What artwork do we need to submit for the logo print?

Vector files work best — formats such as AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF give the sharpest results. If you only have a raster image, send it over anyway and we will advise you on whether it is suitable or needs adjusting. We guide you through the artwork requirements so the end result matches your branding.

How do the materials differ across the range?

Our backpacks are available in several material types, including organic cotton, recycled cotton, and Fairtrade-certified options. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides, recycled cotton repurposes existing fibres, and Fairtrade certification focuses on fair working conditions.
