Can we see a proof before our full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we start printing your shopping bags, we send you a digital proof showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the bag. You can review the placement, size and colours and request adjustments if needed. Production only starts once you have given your written approval.

How do we submit our logo or artwork?

We accept vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF, as these give the sharpest results when scaling your design to fit the bag. If you only have a raster file such as a JPEG or PNG, get in touch and we will advise you on whether the resolution is sufficient or whether a redraw is needed.

Which material suits our purpose?
