Can I see a proof before my full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we start production, we send you a digital proof showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the bag. You can review the placement, size, and colours, and request adjustments if needed. Only once you approve the proof do we proceed with the full run.

How do I submit my logo or artwork?

We ask for vector files where possible — formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF work best and ensure sharp, clean results at any size. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, send it over and we will assess whether it meets the minimum resolution requirements for printing.

What material options are available for shopper bags?

Our range includes bags made from organic cotton, recycled cotton, and fair-trade certified cotton. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides, recycled cotton is made from reclaimed textile fibres, and fair-trade cotton ensures ethical sourcing conditions for producers. Each option suits different brand values and budgets.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary per product, but we do offer options suited to smaller runs — useful for clubs or local events with a limited budget. Larger quantities bring the unit price down significantly, so it is worth planning ahead if your order can be consolidated.

How much lead time do I need before an event or deadline?

We recommend allowing at least two to three weeks from artwork approval to delivery, though production times vary by order size and product. If you have a firm event date, let us know early so we can plan accordingly.
