Can we see a proof before our full order goes into production?
Yes. Before we start production, we send you a digital proof showing how your logo or artwork will appear on the bag. This lets you check placement, sizing, and colours before any printing begins. Changes can still be made at that stage, so you avoid surprises when the finished bags arrive.
How do we submit our logo or artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) work best, as they stay sharp at any print size. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPEG, send it over anyway and we will assess whether the resolution is sufficient. Our team will let you know if adjustments are needed before production starts.
Which bag material suits our purpose?
That depends on your priorities. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides and carries certified organic status. Recycled cotton gives new life to existing textile fibres. Fairtrade-certified bags guarantee fair working conditions in the supply chain. All options are reusable and take a printed logo well — the right choice depends on what matters most to your organisation or event.
What is the minimum order quantity for printed bags?
Minimum quantities vary per product, but smaller runs are available for clubs or organisations just starting out. Larger quantities bring the unit price down considerably, which is worth factoring in when planning a campaign or event budget.
How much lead time should we allow before an event or deadline?
Allow at least two to three weeks from artwork approval to delivery, longer during busy periods. If you have a fixed event date, share it with us early so we can plan production accordingly.
