Can we see a proof before production starts?

Yes. Before we print a single bag, we send you a digital proof showing your logo or artwork on the chosen bag. You confirm the proof, and only then do we move to production. This step helps avoid costly mistakes, especially when ordering larger quantities for a trade show.

How do we submit our logo or artwork?

Vector files such as AI or EPS work best, as they scale cleanly to any bag size. PDF files with embedded fonts are also accepted. If your files are not yet print-ready, our team can help prepare them — just get in touch when placing your order and we will advise on what is needed.

Which material suits a trade show bag?

Cotton and canvas bags are sturdy enough to hold catalogues, samples and giveaways without tearing. We also carry recycled cotton and fair-trade certified options for organisations that want their promotional materials to reflect sustainable values.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

How much lead time do we need before an event?
