Can we see a proof before the full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we start printing your full batch, we send you a digital proof showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the bag. You approve this first, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

What file formats do you accept for logo and artwork submission?

We work best with vector files such as AI or EPS, as these scale cleanly to any print size. PDF files at high resolution are also accepted. If you only have a low-resolution image, contact us beforehand — in some cases we can advise on alternatives or adjustments.

What material options are available within this range?

Our canvas bags are made from natural cotton.
